Due to my schedule sometimes I can only do either cardio or lift. My goal is to lose roughly 60 pounds by summer. I've lost 14lbs so far in the last two months. So given my goals, which should I choose?

If you're doing a full body session each time you lift, then you shouldn't have any problems. Go for cardio. |
