Hey All,
I am now on day 16 smoke free! I never thought I could do this I am so proud of myself lol! I do miss it terribly and I guess I always will but I'm taking it one day at a time and I'm doing great, I can't wait to get to day 30 so I can say hey I'm a non smoker lol!

You will never be a non-smoker, you will be a smoker who chooses not to smoke.

Congratulations, Mcgee! That's awesome. :D
Don't mean to start a controversy here , Jojo, but after 14 months smoke free, I do consider myself a non smoker. :) I may be a nicotene addict, but I'm still a non smoker, at this point, anyway.
Cheers!

Congratulations! I quit smoking 8 months ago after smoking for 18 years (and I am 32 ys old). It's a great feeling to know you can kick the habit! Keep up the great work & know that YOU CAN & ARE doing it! Best wishes!

An alcoholic is still an alcoholic even if she hasn't had a drink in 40 years. Same with junkies. Same with smokers.
