I have been using a treadmill for a long time I do get a bit bored, my gym also has a walking track.I walk on the treadmill for 45 min at 4.2 mph 5x a week right now if I switch over to power walking on the track will I notice a difference in calorie burn or are the two pretty much the same?

i much prefer the walking track. Get to talk to others there insead of self.
