View Full Version : The "bridge" chest and/or ab exercise - perfecting it?

I forget what it's called, not even sure if the bridge is the correct term. I do it after all my workouts. You lie out face down on the mat, ground, whatever. Brace yourself on your forearms and your toes so everything else is up in the air. I just have forgotten the best technique to this...Do you lean forward more so your head is in front of your arms/hands, do you stick your butt high up in the air to form more of a triangle?
Thanks
By the way, either way I do it, it really seems like a great exercise...doing it the latter way seems to work the abs more, the former, the chest and arms. But like I said, I remember I was taught the best way to do it, that would most efficiently work the muscles.

thanks
