I have thermally reconditioned my hair for about a year and a half. Remembering that my stylist told me I could "perm after only two weeks!" I deceided that I missed my curl enough to get a perm (after 7 months). I went to a different salon, because I moved, and walked away with broken, dry, frizzy hair, and that IS NOT what I wanted--a nice, natural looking wave.

I am going today to ask for my money back, but I need to know... will this perm grow out? Will the frizz go away? Will my hair ever look normal again? It is bad enough I got the urge to cut my long hair into a short cut, no I ahve to wait out a bad perm.

I'm looking for hope, sympathy, or advice.
