Hi everyone. I'm a 25 year old mother of three. For several years I've been getting really bad headaches off and on. The past six months they have become excruciating. When I get one, I have this pounding, pressure feeling in my head.

Also for a few years now I get this really strange sensation in the back of my head. The best way I can describe it is it feels like sand is being poured in the back of my head, I can feel and hear it. It doesn't hurt and it usually happens when I'm in bed or resting.

Within the past six months I've also started getting a pins and needles sensation throughout my body and have had a decent amount of numbness and tingling in my hands and feet.

My Dr. has scheduled me for an MRI tonight, but I was just curious if anyone else has had any of these symptoms. The one that bothers me the most because I can't find any information on it is the feeling of sand in the back of my head.

I dont know what you have but just wanted to say i hope everything turns out ok and try not to be too worried. I know what its like to have weird sensations going on. Let us know how your MRI results go.
