View Full Version : Lecithin?

I was reading an article in "First for Women" last night about "brain health" and it talked how sometimes things like fatigue and memory loss are caused by lack of certain vitamins and minerals. It mentioned lecithin and specifically said that it helps keep myelin healthy. (adding that it's need for nerve signal transmisions.) They said you could get it from eating eggs, peanut butter and a few other things, but also suggested a supplement.

My husband has MS and has been on Copaxone for just over a year and is doing quite well ... but we were wondering if this is something that could also help. Or at least "not hurt" ... and if it would be worth while adding a supplement.

Has anybody heard of this before? I haven't taken the time to research it on-line ... right now I just have too much to do.

Thanks in advance for any info you may have.
