Hello men or women: I am a guy. Only in my 20s. And I need my side burn hair to grow. Right now it is so thin. The strands look like hair strands not like normal guys side burns. Well also it comes in very narrow! What should I do? I can grow a mustache and a goatee......help me please.

I am 29, and my sideburns are really thin too, and it only covers small areas on my sides. Very strange, because I have been shaving them for many years. I have very dark hair too, and have no problem getting a mustache or a goate either, but I would really love to be able to line up my sideburns all the way down to my goate.

Kinda freaky, because I am a newbie here & I was about to post the exact same question. I am 23 & my sideburns are mediocre. I would like to thicken them up as well. I have been using "just for men" hair dye on them because I am a dirty blonde & this makes them appear thicker, but I am worried prolonged use might kill the hair. I wish they would fill out more, I hope someone can help us.

shaving does not affect the growth or thickness of the hair.
