Hey all, just wondering a couple things

I have a pretty skinny jawline and neck. Would doing neck exercises increase widen my face out a bit, in addition to obviously making my neck a bit thicker?

Secondly, how can i build muscle in my wrists/hands? I have bony wrists and fingers and i wanna beef em up a bit---also i have really poor circulation in my hands so i wanna put a bit of meat on em to keep them warm.

thanks for any help.

Neck exercises won't do anything for your face. Doing trapezius exercises makes your neck apear larger, though. There are no large muscles in the neck, so "bulking" them is unlikely. Although a little mass couldn't hurt, I suppose.
There are no muscles in the wrist. Just tendons and bone. You can use the gripper things to work on hand muscles for strength, but even then it's a lot of forearm work and hand *size* will probably not increase. I don't think any exercise will affect circulation enough to keep hands warmer. Cardio is what will improve overall circulation.

Bareknuckle boxing on a punching bag might strengthen your knuckles, but watch out for cuts and take care not to break your hand/fingers
