Hey there, i started doing some "at home yoga", and i may be pregnant now. i really like doing the yoga but on my dvd it warns that pregnant women should not do alot of the positions. i now that there is stuff like that for pregnant women but could anyone give some advise on certain instructors. i love this yoga thing!! i've lost 20 lbs in 5 weeks, and it keeps me so relaxed... even when my two year old is run laps through my legs while i'm doing it. LOL! i don't want to keep doing it if it will harm the pregnancy. but i do need something to help me focus and relax. thanks for any advise.

There are actually many videos (DVDs) out that are yoga routines specifically designed for pregnant women. Goodle for "yoga pregnancy" and take your pick, or just peruse amazon a bit.
