Make sure ALL diagnostic tests are done.
Don't let the doctor stop with just a CAT scan and an MRI. Ask for a PET scan also.
Insist on it. Visit a endocrinoligist(sp?)as well as a cardiac specialist/electrophysiologist

Don't accept a diagnosis of your condition until ALL tests have been done.
