go to a hospital and ask to see a doc there, tell them you have no money, hard to say what the problem may be

You should definitely try to get in to a doc, it would be impossible to diagnose what could be wrong on-line.

I don't know if I would head to a hospital, though. That sounds pretty pricey. Have you tried calling your regular doc and asking if they would see you? Maybe they could charge you on a sliding scale or at least set you up with a payment plan?

If your problems are worsening, it might be worth it to just go ahead and pay for treatment. What good is money if you are too exhausted to enjoy it?

Good luck.

Did the "feeling jittery" start before, at the same time as, or after the difficulty sleeping started? If it started before, it's probably a symptom of something else but the cause of your inability to sleep. If it started at the same time, it will probably give you a clue as to what could be wrong. If it started after you weren't able to sleep properly for a while, then it is probably a symptom of being exhuasted. Maybe try looking up "insomnia" on a search engine and see what you come up with.
