I noticed a painful lump just in the pick part of my genetailia. Not inside inside but before the lips...nopw let me tell u a week ago i shaved all this area and the outside. Now i have a lump it is painful and whe i forst noticed it i squeezed it and some puss came out and now just some clear fluid and blood comes out but i can still feel the firmness and infection inside...what could this me. I hope to god it isnt and STD cause my bf has been the only one i slept with. Could it be an ingrown hair or syst how shoudl i treat this without going to the Doc.?

It's an ingrown hair for sure! Quit poking at it. Eventually the hair inside will get long enough and thick enough and what I do when I get them is take a pair of tweazers and you'll be able to see the hair and just get it with the tweezers. This happens alot if you shave. They are painful because your body is rejecting a hair growing the wrong way. If you mess with it too much your going to get it really sore. It's not an STD I can almost bet ya.

i did hot compresses and put ointment on it...it has shrunken in size a tiny bit but it still at bit painful cause i poked at it....std u think? it is still a small firm ball with a open area...i guess when the puss cam out of ...
