can SSRIs (sertraline) affect your emotions? can they make you feelingless (not depressed but kinda dead in your emotions to others, or atleast affect them in some way)? can they make you adopt an "i don't really care anymore" attitude? can they affect the way you react to loved ones? i am kinda worried that what i'm taking has somehow changed my personality. was happening on 50mg. still happening on 25mg. i am really worried. i can't carry on taking my med if this is the case. please, please help me.

Yes, that's a common side effect of SSRIs. A lot of people feel dulled/numbed on them.

Talk to the doc who prescribed the meds and see if you can switch to something else or quit altogether.
