anxiety can tense up uour muscles making breathing difficult, try a long soak in a hot bath and see if this makes breathing easier

it could be asthma, sinus problems or other things, see a doc

i dunno but i hope its one of those...i went to the hospital 2 weeks ago and they said it was chest wall inflammation and i looked stuff up on it and it said 3-6 weeks for it to begone. I hope its only a minor problem that can be fixed soon. some times when i lieing down i hear a little bubling noise is this something i should also be concerned about???

Last year I got paricarditis. I was only 34 when I got it and it was terrible. You may have to be put on prednisone if you have a lot of inflammation, or something as simple as flexeril (sp?) but then again...it may truly be anxiety as well. Anxiety feels terrible. A friend of mine gets chest pains when he gets anxiety, but no matter what you have be accessed by a doc if you have any pain. Let me know how things go for you ok?

Anxiety is a possibility. Try slow deep breaths through the nose.

You need to keep in touch with your doctor and keep them posted on any pain that you feel. Its so important for the doc to access "pain" in general. Do you feel that this is anxiety? What has been going on for you? Have you had more stress lately? If you have been having more stress than usual, anxiety can cause so many symptoms. You can always share your thoughts here, this is a good place to open up and let your thoughts free.Let me know how it goes, ok?
