I talked to my Dr. today and he is putting me on Lexapro. He told me that Zoloft is the worst for the no sex drive side effect.Gee thanks DR. even though I told you beforehand that the sex drive was the only thing I was worried about for a side effect. Has anyone had any good results with Lexapro?

I have been on Lexapro for 6 mos. (started on 10 mg, now taking 20mg.) It affected my sex drive for a few weeks but I don't have any problems now.

I'm only on 7.5 mgs and it's definately affecting my sex drive and quality of orgasms. Ugh. I've been on it for 3 months.

I too have the sexual side effects from Zoloft, that is why I just started on Wellbutrin. Here's what I found about Lexapro:
The most common adverse events reported with LEXAPRO vs placebo (approximately 5% or greater and approximately 2X placebo) were nausea, insomnia, ejaculation disorder, somnolence, increased sweating, fatigue, decreased libido, and anorgasmia.
