I was diagnosed with severe OSA. I have been on cpap therapy for about 9 months. I can tell that this helps, but after all this time and several masks / nasal pillows, I still can't find one that is comfortable. Still have'nt had a full night's uninterrupted sleep.
Since I am a side / stomach sleeper masks seem to interfere the most. Also, I have had some soreness from the nasal pillows.
If you could recommend a nasal interface which one would it be? What has worked the best for you?
Thanks,

Try the ResMed Swift Interface -- lightweight, nasal pillow interface that is the most comfortable and leak resistant I have found.

Thanks OhioGolfer. I appreciate your input. I will try that one in the near future.
