Congratulations DFlake. Rest up and listen to your body.
Dont get disheartened if you have a not so good day every now and then. It takes a while for everything to heal up. Sounds like everything went great :)
Look forward to hearing how you go.
All the Best
Paul

hope youre feeling better!!!
not to rehash your c6/7 experiences, but what type of symptoms did you suffer from???
im experiencing cramps and muscle spasms in my arms. in jan 03 i had an mri and my 6/7 bulge was approx 3-4 mm. my last mri showed the bulge to be approx 2-3 mm. however back then i did not have any cramps.
it feels like im going downhill with symptoms progressing, even though the bulges are getting smaller.

I had alot of pain in my arms and neck, numbness in arms and fingers. I also had alot of real bad headaches in my neck so to speak. It hurt to even raise my arms up. I am 10 days post op and I feel so much better. Still can't do much but the pain now is about a level 3 compared to a level of 10+ before.
Please let me know how you are doing.
