Oh the whiplash cause  I've been there! I lost control of my car driving 50mph and hit a 6 foot embankment. Not exactly my best time in life;)Lol I had whiplash and since then I've had awful headaches. I've had scans and xrays and tons of stuff, nothing there!
My wreck was 2002 and it still hasn't went away:S I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you. Avoid bright lights, always wear sunglasses on cloudy days. The best sunglasses are the UVRAY protection kind. Stress will aggravate your headaches.
I'd seriously go to your doctor and let him check you out. Tell him what causes your symptoms to appear and he might be able to help you! Good luck!

Which from what i hear not many people want to go to Iraq. But please any advice on this situation would be DEEPLY appreciated.

OK! apparently nobody WANTS to help a young teen in parrell.I realy need a reply My headaches are consintrated to the front top and nec area however sometimews my whole head hurts. Could this be allergies? Because I'm allergic to pine sap which happens when you cut down pines and Christmas is the time of year they mainly cut down pines so that could be a cause. But i realy need advice IM BEGGING someone please help.

There's not much advice anyone can give you other than see a doctor. Headaches can stem from just about any medical problem. Stress, anxiety, allergies, posture, inactivity, etc, etc besides some of the more serious causes. If it's hindering your everyday life a doctor is a good place to start. I've had a headache constantly 24/7 for 4 months now which has not changed but just stayed with me...I personally think mine has been the result of POSTURE and anxiety and I'm taking steps in dealing with it. The internet is a huge resource and has tons of medical information but only a doctor can diagnose you accurately...don't get caught up in what it 'might' be like I did many times...so my advice is relax for now and see a doctor about your headache :) Good luck to you.

Thank You for your reply I DID find a MAJOR cause which was caffeine im now drinking water which killed alot of the headache pain off. However my neck CONSTANTLY HURTS the pain is mainly were the stem connects to the skull base. I did a experiment when im lieing on a bed facing straight up the pain is BAD! but when i turn my head to the right or left the pain disappears i mean WOOSH gone or if I lay on my side. Has anyone had this kind of neck problem before? Its rather irritating. I would like some advice or a link possibly with information on this. ALSO my father has not send me the medical card yet so the docter realy isnt a option. So PLEASE someone help.
