This is for my neck and forehead and didn't know if heat or ice was better for it. Also, anyone know of a good over the counter med that relaxes the muscles without aspirin in it?

A tip my Neurologist gave me that really works... Be careful to avoid your eyes, rub any product like tiger balm, bengay, icy hot etc... on forehead, temples and neck. It is a God Send. Also alternate Hot and Cold. I put Ice packs on my forehead and then take a hot shower, hope this helps...
