Could this be you? There was a segment yesterday on NBC4 tv station that a Dentist, Dr. Mark Friedman from Scarsdale, New York, that found a sensitive spot in his migraine suffering patient. He is treating the patient with some machine which circulates cold water along the patient's gum and cheek for 30 minutes. After a few in-office visits the patient graduates to an anti-inflammatory cream which is applied daily. The patient's sensitive area was way back in the mouth between the gum and cheek. The doctor suggested one try drinking ice water. I guess maybe swoshing it around in the mouth. I thought it was interesting.
