I am 23 and have low testosterone, around 180. Western docs want to stick me on shots or the test gels, are there any natural alternatives? I know of herb tribulus (haven't tried yet), but is there any specific traditional/alternative doctor type that could help me with this?

Perhaps you should try consulting an herbalist or someone along those lines. Good luck. :-)

Well I know the Western docs can "help", I was looking for other medical forms. Like are natureopathics or Traditional Chinese Medicine have a good understanding of the hormones and what causes them to go out of balance?
