Hi all,
Ive noticed something about my headaches.
I usually get headaches in the morning and they last the whole day. I am a little over weight, but I am trying to fix that.
A month or two ago I was having terrible headaches. I linked it to the amount of food going into my body was not the same amount that was coming out. Then all of a sudden I would spend several minutes in the toilet and the headaches would go away...
My wife and I bought an excercise bike and some hand weights for the home.... We thought it is a good option (health clubs are expensive) and use it in the living room. We thought its better than just vegging on the sofa... Watch TV on the bike.
We do 1/2 an hour everyday and it gets the heart rate going and the sweat pores run....and the HEADACHES HAVE STOPPED.... OVERNIGHT. :)
This and more regular trips to the toilet it is a relief. I think the excercise helps.
I also find that if I stop after a few days the headaches come back.
