ok..I`m not sure what my problem is...but here`s the story...
for about one month I had to cut off sleep(got about 1-3h of sleep every 2 days or so).I never slept at night, just during the day. This had a strong effect on both my mental and my psyhical health.Since the 3rd of december I`ve tried to go back to my normal rythm but I wasn`t able to.And even tho I get a lot more sleep the effects of my sleep deprivation period are persisting.I have memory gaps, sometimes my speech is fragmented,I can`t control my paranoia,I get panic attacks and a constant anxiety feeling.I used to speak very good english, now I can`t even speak my own language correctly(I`m romanian).I know I will fall into depression if this situation continues but I don`t know what to do.I would go on but I can`t find my words.

I doubt your problems are all from sleep alterations, melatonin may help to get things back to normal

Hi there. I would see your doctor. If there is anything 'different' going on in your life that's causing you stress or depression, this might effect your sleep. And naturally if you're getting only a couple of hours of sleep, your speech could be a bit off. But wouldn't you feel better if you explained your symptoms to a doctor? wish you the best JMF

Just out of curiosity, why did you have to cut off your sleep to two-three hours a night?
