I have just recently been diagnosed with TMJ. This board has been a lot of help to me, but I have one symptom that I have never seen anyone else mention. About once a week, I get what feels like a muscle spasm that shoots from between my shoulder blades up to my jaw. The pain is unbearable and it usually lasts for about an hour. Then, it might be gone for an hour or gone for the day. I have no idea what triggers these spasms. This is not my only symptom, but it is the only one that I do not read about other people having. Has anyone else ever had this?
