10 weeks ago today I have neck fusions on C5-6 & C6-7, still hurting in my neck. Muscles from the neck to the shoulders, and shoulder blades, in the upper arms are awful. Been going to PT for over a month. Wearing a TENS Unit everyday. Still taking pain pills, inflamation and muscle relaxers. Can't turn over in my sleep, when I get sleep. The nerve in my right arm is once again a problem. Caught a cold and when I sneeze or cough it's awful. Does anybody have any suggestions? I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks.

I am so sorry to hear you are still in so much pain. Are you able to take anything to help you get a little sleep? Addding more drugs is not a good idea but you need sleep, it gives you a whole new perspective on things, ya know? I hope you are feeling better soon! Please take care. Melinda
