Is driving me crazy!! I get up at 3:30-4:30 every morning and it's affecting my health!! I realize that this usually happens when i'm under stress but i think the eastern time change also has something to do with it..Everytime we put the clocks back it seems that it upsets my sleep. I try to take something for this at night but i never sleep through and it's driving me mad!! I can hardly function during the day. This has been going on since we turned the clocks back plus i am under stress. Any suggestions or advice??!! I need help bad!! Is there any medication for this???? thankyou
