Hello, I have been having chest tightness for a couple of months now. I am constantly burping which helps a little but the tightness just builds back up. It is scary because I keep thinking heart. I am also experiencing neck tightness and arm. I constantly feel like I have a brick in my lower chest and feels like a bubble in my throat/esphogas. I have appt. with gastro next week. I have been on prilosec otc but hasn't helped. It hurts when I breath in and I am getting short of breath. Does this sound like reflux to anyone? I don't know what it could be but it is scary.
