Hi all

Been to maxillofacial today had the impression done for a lower splint. Will be ready beginning of January (cant wait)

Been referred to physio (another waiting list :-(

Hopefully I will be sorted one day.

Also whilst I am here, does anyone suffer from bad congestion in the nose through clenching of the teeth, also I have noticed that my limbs (arms/legs) seem really heavy lately. Is this all TMJ related? Didn't seem to happen whilst I was at the maxillofacial. Only seems to happen when I am sat or walking for long periods?
