Wanted to see if anyone else has this symptom...

There are times when my throat feels like it is collapsing/kinking and I can't catch my breath. Causes major coughing fits. When to ENT he said Acid Reflux. This is the only symptom I have.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Do an internet search on Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR). Sounds like laryngospasms, maybe.

Your ent is probably right,some gerd sufferers only experience coughing or swallowing problems.Take care.
