Please Diagnose Me...recurrent Infected Ovaries/tubes Back Pain W/ Burning Urine

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ok...i'll make this quick. i have spent nearly 500.00 on this one stupid infection at the doctors. please help me. if you know what's wrong, please just volunteer the information.

ok, i have tested negative for all the typical std's, gonn, chlam, herpes, AIDS, etc. my urinalysis came back negative for everything, but it did have protein in it. i need to find out what is wrong with me because i think this may render me infertile.

ok the facts...
*Burns very bad to pee
*Been on cipro, kephlex(this is the only one that helps, but when i get off of it, it comes back), flagyl, and now i'm on doxycycline. nothing has worked.
*My lower back hurts and feels like a lot of pressure
*My pelvic region has a lot of pain and pressure, particularly in the areas where i assume my ovaries would be. there is no centralized pain like in a UTI, this is much worse and more on either sides of my lower abdomen
*My ex's girlfriend had an eptopic pregnancy
*Pain goes away with Kephlex, at least for a little while until i quit it.

So i'm very afraid, have had this for about 8 months now after one night with either my ex. I am afraid that i will end up sterile like her. But if it says 'negative' for PID, wouldn't it be? It just really feels like what PID symptomology describes. Could you guys please diagnose me and help me feel normal again? The anti-biotic use is murder on my body. Please, please help me.

dude,
what makes you think that will kill this germ? :>)
i just don't know what to do...if cephalexin kills it for the most part, i just need a big missile anti-biotic instead of this little rocket (kephlex). what would be in order next?
