Hi guys and girls this is my first post coming to you from Australia, 5 years ago i was in the gym doing a chin up when i got an excruciating headche now everyday since then i have had a headache it starts with sore neck in the morning then slowy gets worse during the day it throbs and hurts all over i also get the odd zapping headache as well, i have found that caffeine dulls the pain quite a lot without it i would be in serious trouble. i have seen 6 of sydney best specialists and am now seeing a doctor paul spira. At one stage they thought the headache was caused from low csf pressure had two lumber punctures that showed very low pressure had two blood patches and that did not fix the problem, i have had another two lumber punctures lately that have shown normal csf pressure so low csf is now ruled out. i have had four MRI'S, CT scan ,Bone scan you name it i have had it also tried all the headche medication avaliable. my problem has got alot worse in the past 18 months because now everyday i fell light-headed and numb in the head and this has stoped me from doing just about everything i have even quit work. my curren doctor does not really now what to do next, I was hoping some other long term headache sufferers from around the world might have some advice on any options i have.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Have you ever seen a chiropractor? It sounds like you tweeked something when you were exercising. Chiropractors are experts at figuring out what's wrong with muscles, ligaments and all sorts of injuries.
I went to the chiropractor for headaches and it turned out that it all stemmed from the way that I hold my head. I hold my head out farther than most people which caused scar tissue to build at the base of my skull. The chiropractor removed the scar tissue and helped speed up the process of building new muscle tissue. It's worked wonders! I never have headaches anymore and I feel like a new person. Good luck!
