My boyfriend has a pain in his left testicle that is irritating him. He said it's on the inside, so it's not like an ingrown hair or anything. I know I'm clean because I've been tested and he's my only partner. I've been his only partner too. I'm just worried that this could be something? He said he also feels a pressue down by the groin. Has anyone heard of these as an STD symptom? I was thinking maybe it's just a hernia or pulled muscle but I'm nervous. Any help would be appreciated.
