Are there any really good natural treatments for acid reflux?

i recently met someone that claims there is a stomach condition that is similar to acid reflux but its 10 times worse and they said they smoke weed to help. if its true or not is what i would like to know.

Change your diet.

I have been dealin with this since august, diet, all the meds but yesterday I tried Yogi Tea digestion aid and it really helped about 90% better than what the pills did for me. You can buy this at the health food store and they taste like crap but it sure helped me.

Change to alkaline diet, and reduce stressors helps me.
