I am currently experiencing headache-type pains above and beyond a constant dull headache (for the past few weeks) whenever I concentrate on an activity, or whenever I have to exhert myself. The pain grows to that of a splitting headache and subsides to this dull headache as I return to a normal resting state. I also have a stiff neck at the base of my skull, and feel generally lethargic. I also feel irritable over trivial day to day things. Can anyone shed any light on this for me please??????? Brent

Since you have had no tests, it is hard to tell, because headaches can be caused from any number of things, such as vision problems, eye strain, stress, neck problems etc. I only have experience with headaches stemming from a neck problem.
