View Full Version : prolonged seizure and TBI?

Has anyone come across information regarding the effects of prolonged seizures (just one) on the peripheral nervous system or central nervous system?

I had a prolonged seizure reaction to Skelaxin (a muscle relaxer)and these are my symptoms:

1)tingling and prickling sensations all over

2)widespread muscle twitching

3)stiff muscles (especially in back and arms)

4)sensitivity to heat

5)other wierd things

Does this sound like damage to the sensory part of the brain to you?

I am having a brain MRI this Thursday and am a little scared. Not so much about the test, but about my health.

I would appreciate input from those of you who know about TBI's.

Thanks,
Jesanina
I know this sounds strange, but this really did happen to me in June.
