I would really like to have a photographic memory, but I guess you have to be born with it to have it.. But are there anything I can do to remember better?

Repetition is helpful. For instance, when you learn a persons name, try repeating it in your head several times. Also, lists are helpful if you have trouble remebering the sequence of tasks. There are lots of good books out there on the subject.

I ALSO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY MEMORY. I USE SEVERAL THINGS TO HELP ME REMEMBER THINGS. FIRST I HAVE A YAHOO E-MAIL ACCOUNT THAT I CAN USE THEIR CALENDER TO REMIND ME OF DATE APPOINTMENTS AND TIMES. I ALSO HAVE A LIST POSTED ON MY FRONT DOOR AND A NOTEBOOK I USE. ORGINIZATION IS THE KEY TO HELPING ONES MEMORY. WRITING IT DOWN OR TELLING SOMEONE WITH ME TO REMIND ME HELPS AS WELL.

Gingko biloba is for anyone who needs added blood circulation in the brain, not just for older people. It acts like a "blood thinner" to increase blood flow to the brain. Careful about mixing that with the "baby aspirin", which is also a blood thinner recommended by doctors. This could thin your blood too much.

Check out bromelain as well. It is an enzyme originating in pineapple that works on healing inflammation in the body. Deceased blood flow to the brain, narrowing of the blood vessels in the brain, could be due to inflammation in the brain. Bromolain works very well in contributing to overall better health without any side-effects.
