I started on HRT just two months ago and quite honestly I have been very happy with it - only little symptoms occasionally but generally feeling much better. I am not as tired in myself and have more energy and don't suffer from all the other usual symptoms as much......that is until last night. I went to bed as usual but as I was drifting of to sleep I got this surge - it really was like if my heart was about to jump around. Now, this has happened before the hrt but I was so disappointed it should happen again. Now of course I am back to the same old story...is it something else that is wrong with me like my heart, am I about to have a heart attack or whatever. When i got up this morning i still felt rotten -weak and frightened etc. It has been like this all day - it's 5.30pm now where I live, and I am constantly thinking about it. I had one or two of those surges during the day also and it always scares me and i think i might even pass out from it. I worry so much about it. My question is, do any of you ladies who are on hrt suffer like this even when on hrt?? Also, during the night I woke at one stage and I was very sweaty around my breast area.

Maggie
