Hi all,
Need some serious help here. I don't have much faith in my GP's so I would prefer to ask here first. I have recently been getting these small bumps on my hands in patches of about 5 or so. They seem to get a little larger, they are really small, and then I end up scraping and scratching at them. They are not itchy but they annoy me so I scratch them off. This leaves open skin, which then heals. The skin then goes dry and lasts for a few weeks. I usually bath my hands in salt water to help the wounds heal, but it does not help the ones under the skin. Can anyone please help me, this is really embarrassing especially cause I just met a new lady, and I don’t want this getting out of control or spreading. Many thanks.
