Many of the symptoms you describe and are looking for answers for could be related to Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. The tingling in extremities, involuntary jerking, etc. If you have not gone to the doctor yet to get some testing done, please do so!! If you have and they can find nothing wrong and please continue reading.

Chemicals. Toxins are everywhere in our world. In the food we eat, things we put on our body such as lotion, perfumes (most have over 100 chemicals in them) and the air we breathe. The body can only handle so much before the "total load" is too much. The kidney's and liver can no longer process these toxins and they are therefore distributed into your bloodstream.
These toxins then go into your brain "brain fog" and cause all types of neurological problems. They disrupt your sleep and that's why you are only getting 1 hour or so a night. They get into your muscles and that's why you feel utterly exhausted constantly.

I know because I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which is actually caused by a Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. If you don't believe me just pay attention to whenever you feel that shroud coming over you. Check your surroundings? Are you by new construction, new carpet (loads of toxin outgassing there) or is someone standing next to you with perfoume one? It's real! The only way to get better is to reduce the "total load" from your home and diet.
