Hi everyone,
does anyone recommend taking supplements like MSM or Magnesium at certain times of the day. For example, would taking MSM before going to bed (i'm a nocturnal clencher) be more effective that taking it at random times during the day ? any suggestions ?

I take all the supplements........Vitamin E gels, magnesium/calcium, and glucosamine.

It can't hurt I suppose, but I have not noticed any improvement. I was just at the point I would take anything,hahahah
