Just to say MERRY CHRISTMAS to all on here and a dizzy free 2005 - let's hope all of us "oldies" can finally wave goodbye to the head monster in 2005.

Thnx for all your friendship, support, humour and advice - and for understanding the horrors of inner ear dizziness and being there unconditionally... Us dizzies must stick together as we are the only ones who truly understand this disorder!

Have a good one everyone - hope dizziness is minimal for all - eat lots and enjoy yourselves.

Merry Xmas to everyone as well and a dizzy free New Year! I've been feeling great this past week!! My disequilibrium has all but disappeared and I get up full of energy. I can even go into a crowed store and I don't feel off balance :) I just hope this continues into the New Year.

I haven't posted in a while but I have been here with all of you every day. Feeling somewhat better here in Florida with the wamer weather but the "monster" is still with me.

Thank you all for your support and knowledge this year. It is such a comfort knowing someone out there cares and understands. I feel truly blessed to be able to follow this board.
