I use both Differin and Rosac and absolutely love both. Of course, its a very individual thing. But I never ever get a zit with Differin as long as I don't miss a night, and Rosac has made my skin less red and reduced my blackheads. Differin took over 12 weeks to work for me.

My acne was too severe. Differin didn't work.

sassysweet,my acne isnt that severve more mild to maybe sometimes moderate..I was just using Klaron but it didnt do anything for new imples or blackheads so the derm prescribed differen he actually gave me differen samples and retina...I opted to start with the differen since its gentler..I use diffiren at nite then apply Klaron(sodium sulfacetimide) Ill give it a few mos if no big changes i;ll try the retina...Sassysweetie..What ahve u tried for your severe acne?anything helped?

I use Differin Cream. It does feel a bit greasy, especially by the time morning comes around. But I was on the gel before and it was too irritating. I don't have any dryness or peeling on the cream. I have super sensitive skin though. You might do fine with the gel.
I use Rosac in the morning. It absorbs really fast. Plus it has sunscreen. If you try it I would definitely skip the Klaron. Its really the same as Klaron but it also has 5% sulfur. I was on Klaron too by the way :) Like you, I didn't see enough results to stay on it.
