i have had pressure behind my eyes for about a year.its like im always sqinting but im not. ive also had a slight lump on the right side of my forehead thats been there for about a year and i always have headaches there. when i try to sleep at knight i close my eyes and it feels like they are open. i have to shut them very tight. sometimes i feel like blood is rushing through parts of my brain and sometimes when i turn in my sleep my skull cracks. does any of this sound serious?

It could very well be something serious. It would be in your best interest to see a doctor as soon as possible.

I've had something similar, they said it was migraine. The sensation is like putting out my right eye with a spoon, very unpleasant. My right pupil was also dilated. My doctor added some drops and the pupil got back to normal, so he ruled out a NS disorder (the pain was still there, though). I take migaine medicine, helps some.
