Im really having a embarassing thing goin on here.... But im in pain... I have a really bad itch in my rectal area. It covers the whole crack area and im to embarassed to say anything about it... I just was wondering if anyone knew anything i could do... There is a slight rash and its burns and itches.. PLEASE HELP!

Could be yeast infection and/or a combination of yeast and bacteria. You need to see a doctor for proper diagnosis.
There are medications over the counter for yeast.

Believe it or not I have had to see the doctor before for a problem that was just as embarassing. Don't worry about making the doctor uncomfortable. They deal with embarassing things and problems everyday of their life. It's their job.
