View Full Version : Sleeping in the Same Position All Night

In the past week, I've noticed that I sleep in the same position (on my side) all night long. I know that I haven't moved because I'm on the same side as when I had first fallen alseep. I'll have sore spots on my hip and legs. And will generally be stiff all over in the morning.

I have been under some emotional stress the past week, and I'm wondering if that's causing my problem. Anyone else notice this happening to them? Thanks! :)

I don't think I've ever experienced that--unless I'm utterly exhausted. I usually move around a lot. I don't see why it couldn't be stress related...stress can do a lot of really weird things to your body. Best to check with your doctor, though.
