I am a 25 year old with about every possible risk there is for Ostoeporosis. Watching my mother and grandmother suffer daily is more than enough to motivate me to do everything possible that I know to do to avoid the disease. My question is, does anyone know if neurotin, an anticonvolsent that I take to control severe migraine disease can lead to osteoporosis. I read that anti-convulsents are linked to osteoporosis so I asked my doctor and felt extreemly blown off. I've been trying to look around and research this, but I'm not finding much. If anyone knows anything, please let me know.
Thanks,
Laurel
