I have been reading this forum and have seen many posts that describe popping of the jaw as a symptom of TMJ. I am wondering if this popping is a constant thing, or if it can also be occasional. A few weeks ago, my jaw started popping every few days, I am now up to two times a day. It is a hard loud crack that happens, and it always suprises me.

Any answer or help would be very much appreciated.
