Implants can be done right after the extraction. Your dentist should've educated you on that. It can be done right after the ext. or you can wait til the ext. site heals. It may take a month from the ext. time to getting the implant placed. After the implant has been placed you wait apporx. 3 months for your body to accept the implant. Then if all goes well you can get a crown or whatever it is you need to restore the implant.
