 I had to have a complete hysterectomy when I was 28 yrs old. I have been on hormone therapy for the last 11 years. I just recently stopped taking hormones. I'm not sure if that was wise or not, but I was constantly feeling terrible & still do. I'm very tired all the time, depressed & gained a lot of weight.I am also having terrible hot flashes which I'm sure is due to the fact I'm not taking hormones. I was hoping to link up with someone else who had to have a complete hysterectomy at a early age also, to see if they were experiencing any of these symptoms & if so, are there any alternatives?
Thanks!

Hi jenlaw
I had a hyst last sept and went into early menopause as well at the age of 35.I would think you would only go into further depression by going off your hormones since low hormones causes depression. Can i ask you why you went off already?I am not in the greatest health here but tried taking herbals for my symptoms and it just didnt work out~I ended up going back on my pills.Looking frwd to talking with you more..
